In the Planning tab, we’ve created a space where you can view all your shifts for the current week as color-coded squares. Each color represents a different shift, with published shifts standing out from draft shifts, which have a white background.

Get instant insights into workforce allocation

Each square not only shows you the shift but also includes the number of workers assigned. 

This simple yet powerful visual tool allows you to quickly assess if you have enough coverage for each shift or if adjustments are needed. 

Shifts in white boxes are unpublished, giving you a clear indication that you need to publish the shift.
