At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for HUB Associate to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. You will be working for the client in North Aurora.

Shift patterns

• Shift:
  2nd shift Monday to Friday
  5 pm to 1:30 am

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for HUB Associate:

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting boxes, and moving pallets.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus but not required.

Your role for HUB Associate

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately within the warehouse.
• Organize and move inventory using manual handling techniques and pallets.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
