At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the automotive manufacturing sector in Lake Orion. You will be working for the client in Lake Orion.

  1st Shift
  5:00am to 2:30pm

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods, inventory control with previous Forklift experience
• Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Your role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility.
• Load and unload shipments while ensuring all products are handled according to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular counts and organizing storage areas.
• Utilize pallet wrap machines and other tools to prepare goods for transport or storage.
• Support general warehouse operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
