HUB Associate - North Aurora

Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a HUB Associate to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is essential for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, verifying, and organizing products to ensure smooth distribution.


Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 5 pm to 1:30 am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours and perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting boxes, and moving pallets.


• Basic computer skills for data entry.


• Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


• Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify product labels, quantities, and condition.


• Break down pallets, count boxes, and ensure accuracy against documentation.


• Enter inventory and shipment data into the computer system.


• Build, wrap, and relocate pallets using a pallet jack.


• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
