At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor to work with a leading staffing and warehouse management company in Memphis. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting staff during the second shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, approximately 4:00 PM to completion, with occasional weekend requirements.

Pay Rates

• 52500.00 USD yearly

Essential Requirements for Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor

• Possess full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.


• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in an on-site supervisory role within the staffing or warehouse industries.


• Maintain consistent punctuality and adherence to the scheduled shift.


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Skills and Qualifications for Bilingual 2nd Shift On-Site Supervisor

• Demonstrate proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Tempworks, and standard office software including Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.


• Apply knowledge of warehouse operations to effectively manage staff check-ins, floor support, and immediate response to operational needs.


• Generate and communicate clear, concise shift reports to relevant stakeholders.


• Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with both staff members and client leadership through consistent engagement and support.


• Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a demonstrated sense of urgency in addressing staff and operational requirements.


• Provide effective supervision and guidance to staff throughout the shift to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.


• Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, and internal teams via various channels including verbal, written, and radio communication.


• Proactively address staffing issues, including managing no-call/no-shows, to ensure optimal shift coverage and operational continuity.
