At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Blue Springs. This role is based in a candy warehouse, supporting production lines to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Material Handler

• Commute must not be more than 40 minutes


• Steel toe shoes required


• Ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 30–50 lbs)


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production line environment


• Strong attention to detail and organization


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods


• Team-oriented with good communication skills


• Cannot have nails, nail polish, eye lashes, visible piercings

Desirable requirements for Material Handler

• Experience in warehouse environment as a material handler


• Reliable and punctual


• Team player with a positive attitude

Role for Material Handler

• Feed production lines with candy, ingredients, and packaging materials


• Break down pallets, sort products, and stage materials for production


• Restock supplies such as boxes, labels, and wrappers


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production floor


• Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and carts
