- Night Shift: Monday - Friday 3:30pm-12:30am
Pay Rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
- Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of this position, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet
- Must not be a previous rehire from the BMW Plant
Skills Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Role Tasks for Production Operator Quality Control
- Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations and manage the loading and unloading of modules
- Identify and escalate potential non-conformities and deviations through formal protocols
- Segregate suspect or defective parts and initiate containment and corrective actions
- Assist with SCM functions, root cause analysis, and first-off/last-off testing
