Must-have Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, quality control, or auditing experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills including data entry and warehouse management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
Role
- Conduct detailed audits of inventory and orders to ensure alignment with company standards
- Verify that all operational processes comply with internal policies and safety regulations
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and proper documentation
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels
- Document audit findings and maintain records for reporting
- Maintain accurate clerical records and system data
- Support data entry tasks within warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to correct errors and improve processes
- Assist with training efforts regarding compliance and accuracy standards
