Requirements
As a Forklift / Cherry Picker / Reach Truck Operator you will need to have:
- At least 6 months of recent experience operating a reach truck and/or cherry picker in a warehouse environment.
- Comfort working at heights (up to 20–30 feet) while operating equipment such as a cherry picker.
- Experience using RF scanners and/or a warehouse management system (WMS) for picking and inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods during your shift.
- Willingness and ability to follow all safety protocols and operate warehouse equipment safely at all times.

- Safely operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
