At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for TIG Welder to work with a leading company in the Manufacturing sector in Indianapolis. You will be working for the client in Indianapolis.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 24.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a TIG Welder you will need to have:

• You must have 3+ years of TIG (GTAW) welding experience, preferably with high-nickel alloys.
• You have proven experience welding thin-gauge materials.
• You must have strong understanding of heat control and metallurgy principles.
• You have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• You have high attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

As a TIG Welder, it would be desirable to have:

• Experience with Lincoln TIG welding equipment.

Role of a TIG Welder

• Perform precise welding operations using TIG (GTAW) equipment.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of all welds.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for welding projects.
