Requirements
Essential requirements for Machine Operator / Line Lead / Process lead:
- Leadership experience and the ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience with production machinery such as baggers, conveyors, wrappers, or scales
- Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and adapt to operational obstacles
- Must be local to the Elwood area, within a 40-minute commute
Desirable requirements for Machine Operator / Line Lead / Process lead:
- Bilingual skills, strong communication, and a problem-solving mentality
- Between 6 months to a year of relevant experience
- Adaptable to changing or fast-paced environments
Role responsibilities for Machine Operator / Line Lead / Process lead
- Oversee daily production line operations and ensure equipment is running efficiently
- Lead and support team members to meet production targets and safety standards
- Perform routine troubleshooting and minor adjustments on machinery
