Requirements
Essential requirements for Onboarding Specialist:
- 1–3 years of HR, staffing, or onboarding experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and employment compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for all new employees from the moment they accept an offer through their first 90 days. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new hires, coordinates onboarding activities across departments, and ensures compliance with all company policies and documentation requirements.
Main responsibilities for Onboarding Specialist
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare equipment, access, and training schedules.
- Verify employment eligibility documentation and maintain strict compliance with I-9 and E-Verify regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during their first 90 days of employment.
- Provide high-quality administrative support and resolve candidate inquiries promptly.
