At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in North Aurora. You will be working for the client in North Aurora.

Shift patterns

• Shift 1:
  1st shift Friday to Monday
  6:30 am to 5 pm

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Your role as Pick/Pack

• Efficiently pick customer orders using handheld scanners or paper pick lists.
• Pack items securely into boxes ensuring proper protection for shipping.
• Verify order accuracy by checking item quantities and descriptions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
