At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.
Shift patterns
- Monday - Friday open to working weekends
5:00 am - 1:30 pm open to overtime
Pay rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
Your role for Picker
- Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy
- Navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve specific items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety
- Meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory control
