Requirements

Essential requirements for Area Manager:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience managing large-scale client accounts across multiple operational sites, preferably within warehouse or production environments.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of directly supervising and developing teams of at least 4-5 individuals, such as onsite supervisors.
  • Acquire a minimum of 2 years of direct experience working within the staffing industry, managing client relationships and workforce fulfillment.
  • Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills and qualifications for Area Manager:

  • Utilize advanced proficiency in workforce management (WFM) platforms, timekeeping systems, and payroll processing software to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, attendance, and turnover, translating data into actionable operational improvements and client-facing reports.
  • Implement effective client relationship management strategies, including performance reporting and consistent service delivery, to foster strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labor laws, safety regulations, and site-specific client onboarding protocols within operational environments.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with client stakeholders at all levels, building trust and ensuring clear understanding of operational status and needs.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex workforce and client-related issues with urgency and strategic foresight.
  • Adapt swiftly to dynamic operational demands and client requirements, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling and responsiveness to critical needs.
  • Lead and mentor onsite supervisory teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
