Pay Rates

Requirements

As a Production Operative you will need to have:

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to carry out repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

As a Production Operative, it would be desirable to have:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not always essential).

Role of a Production Operative

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely.
• Monitor production processes and identify any issues.
• Package finished products according to specifications.
