At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for SBL - Load and Unload to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Bethlehem. You will be working for the client in Bethlehem.

Shift patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 10:30 pm. The SBL Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and dock operations by loading and unloading freight, assisting drivers, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Main requirements for SBL - Load and Unload:

• Must speak, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Other requirements for SBL - Load and Unload:

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Shipping and receiving knowledge
• Bilingual is a plus but English is required for this position

Your role for SBL - Load and Unload

• Support daily warehouse and dock operations by loading and unloading freight efficiently.
• Assist drivers with shipment processing and ensure all items are handled accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational flow.
• Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and sorting as needed.
• Use warehouse equipment and systems to track and manage inventory movement.
