At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Line Lead to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Elwood. You will be working for the client in Elwood.

  3rd shift Sunday to Thursday
  11 pm to 7:30 am

Pay rates

• 22.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Line Lead:

• Leadership
• Have you lead a team before?
• Please describe your experience with production machinery. Specifically, what types of machines have you operated or led in the past (e.g., baggers, conveyors, wrappers, or scales), and what were your daily responsibilities regarding that equipment?

Desirable requirements for Line Lead:

• Bilingual, team player, problem solving mentality, experience 6 months up to a year, great communication skills, troubleshooting

• Adaptable to changing or fast paced environment

Role responsibilities for Line Lead

• Oversee the daily operations of the production line to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate team members and assign tasks to meet production targets.
• Monitor machinery performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
