At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembler to work with a leading medical technology company in Irvine. You will be responsible for the precise assembly of medical device components in a controlled manufacturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and functionality.


Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm


• Must be flexible to work overtime as required

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Are you available and willing to work overtime?


• Do you have reliable transportation and are you comfortable commuting to Irvine?


• Do you have experience working in assembly and cleanroom environments?


• Are you comfortable standing or sitting for the duration of your shift?


• Do you anticipate needing any time off in the next two months?


• Are you comfortable completing an assessment using a microscope?

Skills Requirements

• High level of precision and attention to detail when handling small components


• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity


• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly techniques


• Commitment to quality standards and defect identification


• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures


• Basic computer skills for data entry and quality documentation

Role Tasks

• Assemble individual parts and subassemblies following blueprints and established procedures


• Perform thorough quality inspections to identify defects or non-conformances


• Utilize hand tools, specialized equipment, and assembly fixtures


• Complete assembly logs, quality reports, and batch records accurately


• Troubleshoot and report assembly issues to supervisors
