Compounder - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in New Albany. You will be working for the client in New Albany.
Shift patterns
- This is a 12 hour weekend shift 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Pay rates
- 21.00 - 25.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Compounder:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or related production experience preferred
- Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, including reading and writing in English
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Your role for Compounder
- Measure and blend raw materials according to specific formulas and production guidelines.
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Perform quality checks and document production data accurately throughout the process.
