Forklift Operator - Blue Springs

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and supply chain provider in Blue Springs. This role is based in a climate-controlled candy manufacturing warehouse, supporting production and material movement in a fast-paced, line-based environment.


Shift patterns:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

Pay rates:

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience


• Ability to pass an on-site internal forklift certification assessment


• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active setting


• Commute time of 40 minutes or less


• Previous employment history verification

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment


• Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations


• Experience with reach trucks or Raymond equipment


• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards


• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish


• Strong attendance and reliability

Role for Forklift Operator:

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods


• Support production lines by ensuring timely delivery and removal of materials to prevent downtime


• Load, unload, stage, and store products in designated warehouse areas


• Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety and food handling protocols


• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility
