At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Inventory Control Specialist to work with a leading logistics provider in Kenosha. This role is vital for ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced warehouse facility.


Shift:

• Wednesday to Saturday 7:00pm to 5:30am

Pay Rates:

• 22.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Inventory Control Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, or similar tools)


• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures


• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn


• Reliable attendance and transportation


• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility as needed


• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, vest, eyewear, and gloves

Desirable Skills for Inventory Control Specialist:

• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Experienced in maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with warehouse teams


• Skilled at time management, teamwork, and adapting quickly to changing operational needs

Role for Inventory Control Specialist:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts


• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or operational issues


• Support documentation tasks, including SOPs, training records, and reports


• Follow established quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines


• Assist Operations and Quality teams with day to day tasks as assigned
